We advocate for empowerment through practical means. Our goal is to help you find all the resources available to you. We are not reinventing the wheel.

We provide guidance, strategies, and support during the processes and bureaucracy ahead.

Understanding the history and regulations that emerged from the Labor Movement in America is a crucial component in securing your rights. That's why we create and share content that informs and supports your decision-making.

Finally, we want to amplify your voices and offer a space to share your experiences, grievances and important information free from retaliation. W.R.E.C. accomplishes that through our unapologetic transparency and robust archiving systems.

The WREC Campaign was created in direct response to poor working conditions that workers have experienced at Hospital Services (HS) in New York Blood Center Enterprises (NYBCe). Our position is that the conditions are being amplified by the derelict attitudes and processes towards these conditions on the part of both Management and local Union 202 leadership.
